Clear Gasket Maker is a transparent high-temperature silicone sealant that can be used both for car repair and for household needs. The maximum heating temperature is +260 C. The product is suitable for sealing carburetor parts, cylinder heads, intake and exhaust manifolds

RTV SILICONE BASED
The colourless silicone Clear Gasket Maker is neutral based and hardens at room temperature. The material quickly vulcanizes immediately after application, takes shape in 1 hour and fully polymerizes within 24 hours. After applying the sealant, a strong and durable layer of elastic material is created that can withstand vibration, pressure, and rupture. The silicone is easy to use: it is squeezed out of the tube with slight pressure. The neutral composition does not oxidise metals, and also does not react with aggressive substances, is not destroyed by oil, antifreeze or lubricants. In the process of application, the Aim-One product practically does not emit odour, which is of great importance for car services.
- Thoroughly clean the surface to be treated
- Pierce the seal of the tube with the upper side of the cap, put on the supplied nozzle, cut the tip of the nozzle to the desired size
- Apply sealant around the perimeter of the cleaned surface, forming a layer 2-3 mm thick
- Let it dry for 8-12 minutes
- Connect parts required for sealing
- Remove excess silicone
- Silicone will harden within an hour and will be fully stiffened within 18-24 hours
